This little boy has been left without a mum just before Christmas after she was stripped naked and strangled at home by her violent ex-boyfriend.
Ludmilly de Barros Borges, 29, was found dead in Itaquaquecetuba, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on the morning of 3rd December.
She was found dead on the bed, stripped naked, and with bruises on the neck, arm and wrist.
Furthermore, the police found hair thrown in the trash and scattered on the bathroom floor.
Thiago Henrique Da Silva, 38, the victim’s ex-boyfriend, told the police that the night before, they went out and argued on their way back home, during which he admitted he pulled her hair.
The suspect also said that, when they arrived home, the woman went to the bathroom and started cutting her hair.
Then, he said, they had sex and went to sleep.
The next morning, when he woke up, he said he saw that Ludmilly was dead.
According to reports, Da Silva has a criminal record of domestic violence and faces three charges for crimes committed in a domestic violence scenario.
Ludmilly even had a protective measure against Da Silva, but he was trying to get back with her, according to local media.
Ludmilly and Da Silva had been together for five years and have a four-year-old son together.
Ludmilly’s sister told local media that the suspect was violent, possessive and jealous.
The case was registered as suspected femicide and domestic violence with non-compliance with an urgent protective measure.
Da Silva was arrested as the investigation is ongoing.
